Grace Eyiolawi

Biography

Grace Eyiolawi is the Founder of Afrique AI Lab, an independent pan-African institution advancing AI through skill development, research and innovation, policy and governance, and ecosystem building. She leads initiatives that strengthen Africa’s capacity to develop, deploy, and govern artificial intelligence responsibly. Grace is also the Founder of SHE AI Africa, where she champions gender-responsive AI governance and inclusive digital policy. Her work brings together researchers, policymakers, civil society, and industry to ensure African perspectives shape the future of AI and that its benefits are equitable, accountable, and locally relevant.
